Lottotech Seeds est une initiative conçue pour donner l’envie d’entreprendre aux femmes en favorisant l’émergence de projets entrepreneuriaux, à les aider à affirmer leur légitimité d’entrepreneures et à adopter une posture de chef d’entreprise. Lottotech Seeds s’articule autour d’une formation consacrée au renforcement des compétences techniques des participantes qui seront ainsi mieux armées pour élaborer et présenter leurs projets respectifs devant un jury. Les projets devront s’inscrire dans le contexte d’un modèle économique pérenne, soucieux des enjeux environnementaux et sociaux et qui vise à apporter une plus-value sociétale. À la clé, les trois meilleurs projets recevront un investissement de démarrage.
Natacha defines herself as an Impact Entrepreneur, Business and Community Builder. She is driven by her conviction that anyone, with hard work, a growth mindset and a big heart, can make a difference. She is the founder of the Board of Good, a citizen-led, independent and non profit initiative to empower women leaders who embody moral and ethical leadership. She is also the co-founder and Managing Director of Red Dot, an innovation consultancy, has invested in a few SMEs and startups, and is also a director on the board of a few organisations and an NGO in Mauritius.
